LEN SEGAL
With over 35 years of expertise in training, recruitment, and management development, Len Segal brings unparalleled experience to the team. Holding a BA and Master of Management from Wits University, along with advanced training in Business Rescue Practice, Len has a rich academic foundation.
He spent 13 years teaching the Dale Carnegie Management Programme and trained in the USA under Stephen Schiffman at the DEI Sales Training Institute. As a competent Toastmaster and former director of three public companies, Len combines leadership skills with a deep understanding of business dynamics.
In 1997, he founded Len Segal and Associates (now Segal & Cohn Management Consultants) where he continues to drive impactful business solutions.
MYRLE COHN
Myrle Cohn is a Specialist Recruiter with extensive experience in sourcing top talent across IT, management, administrative roles, and the retail sector. With over 25 years of expertise in Human Resources, she has excelled as both an HR Generalist and Specialist Trainer.
Her background includes serving as a Human Resources Executive and Training Manager, where she developed a deep understanding of retailing and general business operations. Myrle has also designed and delivered numerous management and behavioural training programs, equipping teams with the skills needed to thrive.
